ARTIST REQUEST FORM

Full payment is required in advance for promoters that are new to our agency AND promoters who have not worked with us within the last 12 months. Our agency does NOT do all inclusive deals. A 10% booking fee, all flights, hotels and per diems are in addition to the DJ fee. All international bookings and large 'one-off' events and festivals, must be paid 100% in advance.
